cher i bet u haven read the book lor...u just see the surface of system thinking..only.. system thinking goes beyond logic. because people are not always logical. systems thinkingsees beyond isolated events to the deeper patterns and connections...therefore a single word can be remaked to a thousand word with system thinking.. a picture paints a thousand word..but how many word is there to paint a picture.... i doubt u guys may understand.. bt before i go this for u guys..
