Wise men

There's a saying....

He who knows not, and knows not that he knows not, is a fool.
Avoid him.

He who knows not, and knows that he knows not, is ignorant.
Teach him.

He who knows, and knows not that he knows, is asleep.
Wake him.

He who knows, and knows that he knows, is a wise man.
Follow him.

For example, if a person has low EQ, but thinks that he has high EQ, he is a fool. You will vomit blood if you stay around him.

And, if a person has low EQ, but is aware that he has low EQ, it means he does not know how to improve his EQ. Teach him how.

And, if a person is smart, but he does not know that he is smart, then he is sleeping. Wake him up so that he can develop his full potential.

Finally, if a person is smart, and is humble about his smartness, he is a wise man. Learn from him.
